Piggy backing on that story is a video clip from the NBC Nightly News earlier this week about food scraps composting in San Francisco...

And to piggy back on the San Francisco story that piggy backed on the New York Times story is an Ohio story... BioCycle Magazine (if you are not familiar with it) is the country's composting and renewable energy source. Similar to this network, BioCycle launched a campaign last year called COOL 2012... Compostable Organics Out of Landfills by 2012.
