What is in those plastic pails? Is it a hazardous substance? Is there a number on the bottom that would indicate what type of plastic it is? Most pails are recyclable dependent on the type of plastic and how clean they are.

At one point I was trying to find some C&D recyclers in the Canton/Massillon area and posted to this site to get some help and no one responded....maybe you can share this with your network so we can grow the list of resources out there!
