What attracts you to the concept of zero waste?

We would like to start a recycling program at our Maple Heights facility (and all facilities).

What is your organization doing to eliminate waste?

We just took over the facility in early 2009 and we are just starting to research and implement ways to get both staff and residents on board with recycling.

What do you need to learn to be able to take action towards Zero Waste?

Best practices. Learn how to motivate people of all ages and backgrounds.

Please describe your organization's waste reduction goals (i.e. zero waste by 2019).

Eliminating any reason to send waste to landfills.

If your organization has set a zero waste goal, how do you plan to reach that goal?

Start small, dream big and get everyone on board. Lots of education!
