2009 Goal—Reduce non-recycled waste by 10% from 2008 levels. Make recycling facilities available at all public spaces and events; Increase communication efforts to educate residents around reduce, reuse, recycle and 100% use of existing recycle programs; Increase options for curbside recycling; Increase on-property composting of food and yard waste;
