Does anyone know where I can get used plastic drums that I can make rain barrels out of?  A source closest to the west side of Cleveland would be best?

A couple of weeks ago Ohio EPA's office in Twinburg started using a composter that we bought. It is basically a drum on a stand so you can turn it. It currently is in use in our garage. Seems good so far. Lots of coffee grounds in there.

Useable chemicals

Is this a good place to list useable excess chemicals that people have? I am working with a business in Lorain County that has extra drums of concrete waterproofer. Also do people know of any local waste exchanges? I'll check again at Ohio Materials Exchange but the last time I looked nothing was listed so it makes me wonder if anyone actually uses it.
