Please describe your organization's waste reduction goals (i.e. zero waste by 2019).
we plan to be zero waste by 2019. we need to find cost effective ways of shredding our waste lumber and safely and responsibly disposing of lead-tainted cips and sawdust.
If your organization has set a zero waste goal, how do you plan to reach that goal?
selling more product would enable us to use working capital on finding the proper resources.

Wow! 80% is huge. Would you be willing to share that info with the network? I'm planning a call out to members of this site to learn how the network is helping people reduce their waste. Basically, I will post a question and ask people to respond....Can I count on you to share this info? Thanks!
